We use it only to provide your tool history, saved drafts, and usage statistics on that device. It is not linked to your real-world identity unless you choose to provide your details, and it can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
  • Data you enter: The information you type into a tool (for example invoice and party details, line items, amounts and other financial figures) is sent to our servers to compute results and, for documents, to generate a PDF. We may store these inputs and the computed results, associated with your device identifier, so we can show your history and let you resume drafts.
  • Optional email & company name: You may choose to provide an email address and company name (for example, to keep a record of your work). We treat this as a soft, login-free identity. Your email is never used as a public lookup key, so others cannot retrieve your documents using it.
  • Uploaded logos & generated documents: Any logo you upload is embedded into your generated document for branding; we do not retain the logo in saved drafts. Generated documents may be stored so you can download them again.
  • No third-party data sharing for tools: Tool calculations are self-contained and do not rely on paid or third-party APIs. We do not sell or share the data you enter into the tools with third parties for their own marketing.
  • Deletion: You can clear your local tool data by clearing your browser's local storage, and you may request deletion of any tool data stored on our servers by contacting us at the address below.
